What type of results can I expect?

The key performance indicators I look at are website traffic and conversions. I evaluate how much traffic your website is receiving, and how many people actually converted into the desired result.

How much traffic can I expect?

The amount of traffic each month will vary. It depends on a couple of factors including how effective I make your campaign and your advertising budget. The more fuel I have in the tank, the more results I can generate for you.

How many conversions can I expect?

The amount of conversions will vary. I will be able to track the amount of conversions from the ads. This will allow me to use performance data of the ad campaigns to make gradual improvements. In consideration of this, I believe your conversion rate will increase over time.

However, it is important to note that there are external factors that impact conversions that I do not control. This includes the price, product quality and market you are competing in.

Isn't it expensive to advertise on search engines?

It can be expensive to advertise on Google. This is because they have a pay-per-click model, which means you pay each time someone clicks on your ads. However, this traffic is often high quality. The people you are advertising to are in search of your products or services, which is often worth the price.

How long are your contracts?

Depending on the services requested and your goals, contracts can be termed at 9 to 18 months. Contracts can be ongoing and you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. After 30 days, I’ll cancel all services and return any information I have back to you. Depending on your contract, will determine if you have any early termination fee. Termination fees are usually only attached to special promotions or packages.

Are there any setup fees?

Setup fees are dependent on your level of your online presence, if you have no presence at all there will be usually be a setup fee.  It is primarily for getting you setup on my end to run your campaign. I will set you up in search engines, social media accounts, analytics systems including other administrative tasks including setting up advertising accounts and email marketing systems.

How long does it take to get started?

If you are ready to get started, contact me. I will help you identify the best plan of action and develop a proposal for you. Upon your approval, I will send you a contract and get your campaign started asap.

Who will be working on my account?

Me, and depending on the scope of your campaign, a couple of top freelancers with whom I use for overflow work and larger more intensive campaigns or campaigns with tight deadlines.  Regardless of who is working on your campaign, I  will be your main point of contact.

How will you learn my business?

I will learn your business by sending you a questionnaire. Upon completion, I will schedule a launch call with you to discuss the questionnaire and any additional questions I may have about your business. After the launch call, I will do more research and develop a strategy that is specific to your business.

How will you create ads that fit my business?

In the questionnaire, I will learn more about your ad preferences. In the strategy I develop for you, it will specify the advertising approach that I will use for your business. If you approve this approach, I will start developing the ads in an ad calendar. You will have an opportunity to review all advertisements in advance before they are published.

Do I have to provide the content for the advertisements?

No, you do not have to provide me with content. However, if you have content, I am happy to use it.

I will develop unique advertisements that fits your brand. I have access to stock photography, design software, as well as relevant news sources. I can use this to develop advertisements to engage your audience.

Will you monitor my ad campaigns?

Yes, I will be monitoring your advertising campaigns daily. If ads are not performing well, I will pause them and tweak your campaign. In addition, I will be optimizing your campaign as time progress.
